Ms Gandhi, who would arrive in Kochi on February 14, would attend a function there in the evening. She would also attend a few private functions before inaugurating the DCC office the next day.

The UPA Chairperson would visit the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology at Poojappura in Thiruvananthapuram. The premier bio-technology institute was taken over by the Centre early last year.
