Andhra Pradesh Mlc Rajalakshmi nominated to K'taka Women University

Bangalore, Feb 4 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council Member Rajalakshmi has been nominated as Syndicate Member of the Karnataka State Women's University, Bijapur by Governor Rameshwar Thakur, who is also Chacellor of the Universities in the State.

Former Bangalore Development Authority Commissioner Jayakar Jerome was nominated as Syndicate Member of Gulbarga University, according to a Press Note issued here today by Special Secretary to Governor.

Following is the list of members nominated as Syndicate members to various Universities in the State: Mangalore: Mr P V Mohan and Dr S C Sharma; Kuvempu: Mr Palakshappa (Advocate) and Mr Sivamurthy; Gulbarga: Mr Umakant B Nigudgi and Mr Jayakar Jerome; Mysore: Mr C Ramesh and Mr N C Gopinath; Karnataka State Women's University, Bijapur: Dr (Ms) Rajalakshmi, Mlc (AP) and Dr S R Patil.
