Minimum temp to hover around 11 for next 72 hrs
Kolkata, FEB 02 (UNI) True to the Met department's predictions, the city today experienced the cold wave for the third consecutive day after several years.

The condition is likely to continue for a few more days with minimum temperature hovering near 11 degrees Celsius, the Alipore Met officials forecast.
The maximum temperature, however, rose to a degree more at 23.1 degrees Celsius.
The maximum relative humidity was 84 per cent and the people enjoyed a sunny afternoon with cool breeze blowing almost the entire day.
The condition in districts in North Bengal was worse as the temperatures plunged below zero degree Celsius. Visitors thronged Darjeeling to catch a glimpse of the snow clad mountains.
