The

the
Congress
party
to
reconsider
whether

in
his
post
even
after
his
five
ministers
isolated
him.
Addressing a press conference here, JD(S) President E Ganesan demanded a white paper on the expenses made so far for setting up a Medical College in the Government sector here.
He wanted the Chief Minister to treat all constituencies equally instead of showing favouritism to his Thattanchavady constituency.
He urged the administration to take immediate steps to curb the price hike of cement and to get Government seats in private Engineering and Medical Colleges, as obtained by the Tamil Nadu Government.
Mr Ganesan also wanted the Government to abolish the entrance examination for admission to professional courses.
He also urged the administration to cancel the task entrusted to a private firm for mining coal from Orissa for Puducherry to generate power in the NTPC, and wanted the government to undertake the work.
