New Delhi, Jan 30: Jet Airways frequent flyer programme-- JetPrivilege (JP)- now allows its members to book, redeem and print their Award E-tickets online.
With the introduction of this seamless online feature on www.jetairways.com., JetPrivilege members can view award seat availability, redeem JPMiles for Award tickets and pay taxes online through a secured payment gateway. The Award e-tickets can be booked and ticketed up to two hours prior to departure for domestic sectors within India and 6 hours prior to departure for Jet Airways' international sectors.
''Jet Airways has always endeavored to harness the power of cutting-edge technology to improve customer comfort and convenience for our passengers when they interact with the airline. The introduction of 'Redeem Online' feature is yet another evolution in this direction, airline's Vice-President (Marketing) Gaurang Shetty said in a press release.
JP Members can log on to www.jetairways.com in addition to faxing their travel request forms, calling the JetPrivilege Service Centre for bookings or visiting the Jet Airways office to collect their award tickets.
Award seats available online are subject to capacity controls.
Availability of award seats is limited and offered to all JetPrivilege members on a 'first come, first served' basis.
