Godrej plans to boost its air conditioner products in K'taka

Bangalore, Jan 30(UNI) Godrej Appliances today announced its plans to become the top air conditioner seller in the Karnataka by next year.

Chief Operating Officer George Menezes told reporters here today that the air conditioners sales in the state was currently growing at 98 per cent of which window ACs was at 30 per cent and split are 70 per cent.

The company expects to continue the same growth pattern in the next two years and will continue to focus on both AC types and would constantly add innovative ranges and schemes to suit various needs of consumers, he said.

He said the company also plans to set up 200 cool zones including 12 in the state to educate the consumers make correct choices as per their requirements.

The company launched its new range of navigator window air conditioners in the city today.
