Congress trying to delay elections in the state: Kumaraswamy
Bangalore, Jan 29 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) leader H D Kumaraswamy today charged that Congress was trying to delay elections to the State Legislative Assembly in the name of delimitation of assembly constitutency.
Speaking to newsmen here tonight, Mr Kumaraswamy criticised Congress for trying to deffer elections in Karnataka as it is fearing of losing.
Stating that JD-S was prepared to face elections any time, Mr Kumaraswamy expressed confidence in JD(S) coming back to power.
" The performance of JD(S) government which was in power for 20 month will come to the resuce during the elecitons," he claimed.
