Chilly days for the metropolis far from over
Mumbai, Jan 29 (UNI) The cold wave sweeping the Metropolis showed no let up today with the minimum temperature hovering around 12.3 degrees celsius.
A weather bureau official told UNI that the chilly weather was due to northerly winds and the biting cold in Delhi, Patiala and Chandigarh.
The maximum temperature recorded in Colaba was 27.8 degrees and minimum was 16.9 degrees, while at Santacruz the maximum temperature was 29.7 degrees and minimum was 12.3 degrees.
The official said the cold wave would continue for some more days.
