Extreme
cold
and
frosty
weather
conditions
have
adversely
affected
crops
in
central
India
and
farmers" distress
is
once
again
to
the
fore.
Farmers
in
this
region
are
facing
a
tough
time
as
half
the
crop
has
been
destroyed
due
to
incessant
snowfall.
The temperature at some places in Madhya Pradesh has dipped to -1 degree making life extremely tough for the farmers and other residents of the area.
