Raghunandan in BJP National Council
Bhopal, Jan 28 (UNI) Senior political leader Raghunandan Sharma, who recently returned to the Bharatiya Janata Party fold after a brief stint in the Uma Bharti-led Bharatiya Janashakti, has been made a member of the BJP National Council.
''Party President Rajnath Singh nominated Mr Sharma,'' BJP state Media Incharge Govind Maloo said in a release issued yesterday.
Mr Sharma is to take part in the BJP's two-day National Council meet getting underway in Delhi today and expected to witness participation by more than 500 public representatives and office-bearers including the party's Madhya Pradesh unit President Narendra Singh Tomar.
