Police recover 3 dead bodies from factory premises
Ambala, Jan 28 (UNI) The Haryana police today recovered the dead bodies of three workers from the premises of HMM Coach Factory at Mandaur, near here, police today stated.
The dead persons were identified as Tarsem, an electrician at the factory and two security guards, Surinder of Sarangpur village and Dilbagh of Baldevnagar. They were on night duty and their dead body bearing injury marks were found in a room inside the factory premises. All the three were in the age group of 40-45 years.
The police after getting a post mortem conducted handed over the bodies to the next of kin of the three deceased.
Preliminary inquiries by the police revealed that the three had probably suffocated to death as they had shut the room after lighting a coal oven to keep themselves warm.
However the relatives of the three victims have contested the claim of the police. They pointed to the injury marks on all the three dead bodies.
The police has registered a case and are waiting for the post mortem report to pin point the cause of death.
