14 lakh units of electricity produced by Saibaba trust project

Ahmednagar, Jan 28 (UNI) Fourteen lakh units of electricity have been produced in the last five months, from a wind energy project set up by the Saibaba Temple Trust in partnership with Sujalan company at Bhoirepada here.

Under the project, two windmills have been set up.

The trust has sold the 14 lakh units of electricity to the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB), a senior member of the trust, Ashok Khambekar told UNI.

The trust has invested Rs 15 lakh crore in the project and will recover this amount in the next six years.
