Five occupants of car killed in road mishap in Punjab

Sangrur, Jan 27 (UNI) Five occupants of a car were killed when their vehicle collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction near Benra village on the Sangrur-Dhuri road this evening.

According to police sources, the deceased were returning home from Sangrur after attending a marriage when the mishap occured.

They were all residents of Daulapur village, though their identity was yet to established.

The police has registered a case against the truck driver.
