Huge quantities of narcotics seized
Malappuram, Jan 26 (UNI) The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) today arrested two Singapore bound passengers from the Karipur International Airport and seized huge quantities of narcotics from their possession.
The DRI sources said N Mohammadbabu and K M Jalaludin, hailing from Tamil Nadu, were arrested for carrying 26 kg of Kittamin worth crores of rupees in the market.
They were arrested when they were about to board a Sri Lankan Airlines bound for Singapore via Colombo.
