129 candidates qualify for Indian Forest Service interview

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) As many as 129 candidates have qualified for the interview and personality test for the Indian Forest Service examination on the basis of results of the written part held by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in July 2007.

The candidature of all these candidates is Provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. In accordance with the condition(s) of their admission to the examination, the candidates should keep original certificates in support of their age, educational qualification, claim to belong to the Scheduled Casts/Scheduled Tribes/OBC etc in readiness for submission at the time of their interview which would be contingent upon their producing requisite documents.

All the qualified candidates will be sent Detailed Application Forms, which should be returned to the Commission within the closing date indicated in the forwarding letter thereof. In case any of these candidates does not receive a communication in this regard within two weeks of the publication of this result, he/she should immediately contact the Commission, giving his/her particulars i.e.

roll number, full name, date of birth, address etc. The result will also be available on the UPSC's website http://www.upsc.gov.in UPSC will have a Facilitation Counter on their campus, candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding their examination/result on working days between 1000 hrs to 1700hrs in person or over telephone nos. 011-23385271/23381125/23098543.
