Usha Narayanan passes away

New Delhi, Jan 24: Usha Narayanan, the wife of former President Late K R Narayanan, passed away here today after a prolonged illness.

She was admitted to the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital here on December 31, last year. The end came at 1730 hrs, said Dr B K Rao, Chairman, Board of Management, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. ''Those who wish to pay the last respects to the departed soul may do so tomorrow, at 1500 hrs at the Church of Redemption, Church Lane, North Avenue here,'' he added.
