Shimla, Jan 24 (UNI) Himcahal Pradesh Health and Family Welfare Directorate has constituted complaint redressal cell to receive and settle down complaints against block and state level health centres.
A department spokesman said here today that the complaint redressal cell would function at Chief Medical Officer (CMO) level.
The Medical Officer incharge for primary health centre was empowered to receive and settle complaints against the Sub-Centre, BMO of CHC/PHC/CD, CMO of BMO/CH and jt DHS in the directorate of MS/CMO/state, the spokesman said.
He said that the received complaints would be disposed of within 15 days at the block level and 30 days at state level.
