Burns
has
announced
his
resignation
amid
signs
that
U.S.
efforts
on
key
issues
have
been

momentum.
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on January 18, that Nicholas Burns, a key U.S. policy maker on Iran and India has decided to retire for personal reasons.
