Ranchi, Jan 22 (UNI) The Jharkhand Vikas Morcha, led by former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, today said the Congress was resorting to ''dual policies''.
Party spokesperson Ashok Verma said on one hand the Congress was extending support to the UPA-backed Madhu Koda government of the state but on the other it was showing dissatisfaction with it.
'' The Congress is trying to make its grounds in the state but its dual policies have left the party with no option, '' Mr Verma said.
Referring to Simaria bypoll, Mr Verma said separate candidates by the CPI and the Congress would give an opportutnity to other contestants.
He said the party would hold a rally on February six in the state capital.
