Assault charge against AP Home Minister's son
Hyderabad, Jan 21 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Home Minister K Jana Reddy's son Raghu has been embroiled in a land dispute, with a realtor filing a police complaint that the Minister's son attacked him at a plot near Mr Reddy's house.
However, the Minister rubbished the complaint and said ''My son has no role in the attack. I bought the land legally. I am ready to face any inquiry into the 'attack' and the land ownership.'' Speaking to the mediapersons at Banjara Hills police station here, realtor Koteswara Rao said 'the Minister's son attacked him and his driver Rajesh, when they entered the plot and took them to his relative Shivaramakrishna's house.
Mr Rao said Raghu snatched away his cellphone and prevented them from entering the plot.
