Protest against 'covert privatisation' of APSRTC

Karmika
Sangh
members,
affiliated
to
the
Bharatiya
Mazdoor
Sangh
(BMS),
will
organise
a
state-wide
agitation
on
January
21
to
protest
against
'covert
privatisation'
of
the
RTC
through
outsourcing.
Talking to newspersons here today, Karmika Sangh General Secretary K Vijayakumar and Working President Narasimham said the BJP-affiliated trade union members from across the state would assemble at the RTC headquarters here as part of their ''Hyderabad Challo'' programme on that day to press their 13-point charter of demands, including immediate payment of pay revision arrears and regularisation of casual workers.
