Jharkhand, AP emerge overall champions

Vijayawada, Jan 19 (UNI) Jharkhand and host Andhra Pradesh emerged overall team champions in the recurve and compound segments respectively, in the First Mini National Archery Championship here today.

In the boy's recurve event, Jharkand secured 3,705 points out of 4,320 points followed by Andhra Pradesh, which scored 2,616 points to finish second and Maharashtra got the third place with 2,237 points.

In the compound event, Andhra Pradesh got 3,707 points and Jharkhand finished second with 3,110 points.
