Hyderabad, Jan 19 (UNI) The Washington based, Blue Lotus software solutions Private Ltd today launched GoBe Productive, a latest technology for Indian market, which would revolutionize creation of documents at most affordable price.
GoBe Productive was a comprehensive and integrated system that would create documents of large variety in multiple formats for Rs 1,250 per license, almost at one tenth cost for similar suite of global leaders in the segment, Blue Lotus Group Chairman Bart Fisher said.
''The GoBe Productive Office and Creative Suite 2008, Version III is lighter and faster, user friendly and intuitive, compatible with many popular formats and could introduce various document types in the same file,'' he claimed.
Targetting Government, educational institutions and home segment, the company would plan to sell one million copies over the next six months in India.
''It is a refreshing proposition for businesses and all the users of various other segments, as its flexibile of combining multiple media formats at an attractive price.'' The product was targetted at consumers across common line of business areas such as finance, operations, sales and human resources, and also at students and researchers who stayed abreast with latest technologies.
He said after GoBe Productive launched in English in India, it had planned to launch it in China in Mandarin language. ''Over the next 60-90 days we will launch it in the US also,'' he added.
Dr Fisher said the company was looking at generating USD 10 million business from India in 2008.
It would put up a development Centre at Hyderabad investing USD two million and employing 50 engineers. Hyderabad would be the hub for its South Asia Operations.
