'Taliban' indulge in anti-Musharraf wall chalkings in Islamabad
Lahore, Jan.18 : The 'Taliban' has reportedly entered Islamabad, as walls in several sectors of the capital city, have been covered with anti-President Pervez Musharraf and pro-Taliban slogans.
According to a BBC Urdu service report, the wall chalking was done about a month ago, apparently by the 'Taliban Youth Force', and looks prominent on various walls at markets, schools, colleges and houses.
One such wall chalking announces the arrival of the Taliban in Islamabad saying, "Taliban are present in Islamabad and the martyred Ghazi taught us how to live."
Interior Ministry spokesman Javed Iqbal Cheema said some people have already been arrested in this matter and hopes no such wall chalking appears in Islamabad again.
According to the report, Islamabad's G/10 sector is the most affected by wall chalking, and no school or college has been spared.
