AFC to hold workshop on soccer for youth

Kozhikode, Jan 18 (UNI) The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) would hold an interactive workshop on ''Grassroot and Youth Football Development at V K Krishna Menon Indoor Stadium here tomorrow.

AFC expert Anathu Raj will take classes at the programme to be inaugurated by Kozhikode Mayor M Bhaskaran, District Sports Council said in a release here today.

Apart from Kozhikode, district officials and members of the school level commitee of the neighbouring districts of Malappuram and Kannur were expected to participate in the programme organised in connection with the implementation of the 'Vision India Project Kerala,' the release added.
