excels
as
a
skilled
bamboo
craftsman
and
is
the
proud
winner
of
the
2006
UNESCO-CCI
Seal
Of
Excellence
award.
Tridib made his first bamboo item in 2003 for his daughter and discovered his love for the art. Since then, he has been creating excellent masterpieces with bamboo and has won nationwide appreciation. Today, his finished products cost between 200 rupees to 1,500 rupees per piece.
