Bangalore, Jan 15 (UNI) Hyderabad and Andhra registered impressive wins over Tamil Nadu and Kerala respectively, in the South-zone Under-13 Cricket tournament here today.
On the third and final day of the group outings, Hyderabad thrashed Tamil Nadu by seven wickets while Andhra walloped Kerala by an innings and 135 runs.
After gaining a big first innings lead of 151, Hyderabad dismissed Tamil Nadu for 198 in the second knock. Earlier Tamil Nadu were skittled out for just 90 in the first knock and Hyderabad had replied with 241. Requiring just 48 for an outright win, Hyderabad romped home losing just three wickets.
CV Milind, Chaitanya Reddy, Sashank, Tanmay Agarwal all took two wickets each for Hyderabad in Tamil Nadu's second innings.
In another match Andhra bundled out Kerala for 229 in the second knock after amassing 585 for four declared in the first knock.
Kerala could make just 221 in their first innings.
M Siddhartha Reddy and M Saleem Baig took four wickets each for Andhra.

In the third match, Karnataka drew with Goa.
