The
BBC
has
further
enhanced
its
FM
offer
in
India
with
the
launch
of
two
special
weekly
programmes
--
'BBC
Take
One'
and
'BBC
Fun
and
Games'.
A release here today said the programmes offered audiences unique content, bringing highlights from the world of sports and cinema, which would be broadcast by the BBC's key network partner in India 'Radio One 94.3 FM'. 'BBC Fun and Games', a 15-minute sports magazine programme, was a Saturday capsule of sports celebrity trivia from around the world.
Produced in Hindi, it would also be available in Tamil for audiences in Chennai.
'BBC Take One', broadcast every Thursday, gave an honest opinion on new Bollywood and Hollywood films released in the week.
It would also analyse the cinematic nuances with top film critics and public and intersperse 'tinsel talk' --behind the scene stories with sound bites from actors and directors, the release added.
