Winter chill back in UP
Lucknow, Jan 13 (UNI) After days of respite from the piercing cold, winter chill returned to Uttar Pradesh making people shiver even during the day.
As the western disturbance hovering over the state since last couple of days fizzled out, snowfall in upper reaches of Uttarakhand and Kashmir shivered people across UP.
