Valuables worth Rs 4.9 lakh stolen in Mumbai

Mumbai, Jan 12: Valuables worth Rs 4.9 lakh were stolen from the house of a builder at Shivaji Park area in north central Mumbai.

The complainant, Mr Narendra Bhandari told police that he had gone out with his family members for marketing yesterday. On return, at around 1430 hrs, they found that the lock of the door was broken and valuables worth lakhs of rupees were missing.

A case of robbery has been registered with the Shivaji Park police.
