We have issued job offers to 18,000 people for the next financial year (2008-09).'' The attrition level, which was affecting the spectrum of IT and ITeS sector, had dropped to 13.7 percent in Infosys during the recent quarter from 14.2 per cent in the previous quarter but still marginally up from 13.5 per cent a year ago.
