Bank manager sent to jail in a bribery case
Patna, Jan 11 (UNI) The special vigilance court today sent the branch manager of Bagurbanna branch of Madhya Gramin Bank in Sohsarai of Nalanda district to the jail for receiving bribe from a customer for issuing credit card.
The vigilance sleuths produced the branch manager and a sweeper of the Bank Kamlesh Kumar before the special court during the day.
Both accused were awarded judicial custody till January 24.
The accused were arrested on January 10, while accepting Rs 4000 from a customer.
