Retired Armyman killed by his son

Pune, Jan 10 (UNI) A 64-year-old retired Armyman was allegedly murdered by his 21-year-old son with an iron rod at their residence in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area today.

The deceased was identified as Tejpal Tak.

Police said Tejpal was killed by his son, Sanjeev, with an iron rod while he was sleeping in the house this evening.

The motive behind the murder is yet to be ascertained, they added.
