Mumbai, Jan 10 (UNI) Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray today called on Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister R R Patil on the alleged Juhu molestation case here.
''All the 14 accused, along with their parents, had met Rajsaheb at his home, and sought his intervention on the issue, following which, he decided to meet Mr Patil. The meeting is still on,'' a source close to the MNS president told UNI this evening.
It may be recalled that earlier, the Shiv Sena had come in defence of the accused in the alleged molestation of two NRI women on New Year's night, stating that they were 'framed' by the police in the case.
