Make arrangement for Maoist wishing to contest bypoll: Court
Chatra, Jan 10 (UNI) A local fast track court today directed the district superintendent of police to make arrangements for a CPI(Maoist) activist wishing to contest Simaria bypoll scheduled on February four.
The direction was issued by the court of Sudhir Kumar Sinha, additional District and Sessions Judge of the court.
Kuldeep Ganjhu, self-styled zonal commander of CPI(Maoist) lodged in district jail, had sought permission from the court to contest the by-election.
