Congress appoints new district presidents
Shimla, Jan 10 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee chairperson Viplove Thakur today dissolved the Shimla District Congress Committee (Urban) and appointed Mr Anand Kaushal as its president, party confirmed in a press release.
Meanwhile, Mr Harshwardan Chauhan, MLA from Sirmour district has been given the charge of Sirmour District Congress Committee, it further added.
