Two ULFA operatives surrender
Guwahati, Jan 9 (UNI) Two ULFA militants, including a woman, surrendered before the police in Dibrugarh district today.
The surrendered cadres belonged to ULFA's main strike force '28th battalion'.
They are Bhaiman Gogoi alias Nabin Dutta and Bina Payeng.
The duo deposited one 9 mm pistol, one magazine and six rounds of live ammunition.
