Scotland Yard continues probe, PPP demands UN inquiry

team

Scotland
Yard
investigators
on
Monday,
January
7th,
visited
a
hospital
in
Rawalpindi
to
talk
to
witnesses
injured
in
the
attack
that
killed
Pakistan's
opposition
leader
Benazir
Bhutto.
They also examined an unclaimed body recovered from the site that authorities suspect may be that of one of the assassins. The government has blamed Al Qaeda and said that Bhutto was killed when the suicide-bomb blast threw her head against the sunroof lever of her car.
