Scooterists among three killed, 7 injured in Jammu accidents
Jammu, Jan 8 (UNI) Three people including two scooterists were killed and seven others injured in two different road accidents in the city outskirts today, police said.
Two people died on the spot when a scooter, they were riding on, collided with a four-wheeler at Manda on Jammu-Srinagar national highway this evening.
Meanwhile, the driver of four-wheeler lost his control and the vehicle skidded off the road, injuring six passengers, police said.
The injured were immediately shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital(GMC).The identity of the victims was yet to be ascertained, police added.
Earlier, a youth, identified as Harsh, 27, was killed while his father Romesh Khajuria, resident of Narwal, suffered critical injures when their car, turned turtle near Mishriwala here.
The injured was shifted to the GMC, police said.
