Nearly a dozen vehicles set ablaze in East Delhi
New Delhi, Jan 8 (UNI) In what police believes to be the work of a maniac, nearly a dozen vehicles were set ablaze in East Delhi early today, police said.
At about 0400 hours, the police recieved a call that 11 vehicles, including nine motorcycles, one two wheeler and one Wagon R, were set ablaze by a miscreant in Preet Vihar.
While the Wagon R, a two wheeler and one motorcycle were partially burnt, eight motorcycles were completely charred, police said.
Police have ruled out the burning of vehicles to any personal enmity. Instead, they believe it to be the work of a maniac.
Investigations were on and hunt was on for the miscreant.
