Gwalior, Jan 6 (UNI) BJP General Secretary Anant Kumar today said the party would review behaviour and work done by ministers, MPs and MLAs.
''The review work would be complete within three months,'' Mr Kumar, who was here to attend a state-level meeting of BJP block presidents, told reporters.
Praising the Madhya Pradesh Government for carrying out various developmental works, he claimed that there was no anti-incumbency factor but still the party lost a few by-elections due to behaviour and work of some minister, MPs or MLAs.
He said the party believed that that public was the first priority and party workers was the second priority.
''Our people's representative are working in the welfare of public but a correction was needed in their behaviour and attitude towards party workers,'' he said.
Alleging that the Centre was meting out step-motherly treatment to the state government, Mr Kumar said the party would launch an agitation against this attitude of the Centre.
He challenged Union Ministers Kamal Nath and Suresh Pachauri for an open debate with the Chief Minister on any platform.
On importing candidates for fielding during by-elections, he said party workers must be given importance.
