HJC (BL) will elections in Haryana on its own: Bishnoi
Hisar, Jan 4 (UNI) Kuldeep Bishnoi, President of Haryana Janhit Congress (BL), today asserted that his party would be able to form the government on its own.
''We have not talked to any party for alliance,'' Mr Bishnoi said while talking to newspersons here today.
Replying to a question he said, "My father had never been a political ally of Om Prakash Chautala. He had opposed INLD tooth and nail during last Assembly elections''.
Upon the Congress criticising him regarding his post-dated resignation from the party, Mr Bishnoi said had mentioned the date as June 1, 2008 on his resignation from MP's post according to the wishes of his supporters.
''We do not fear elections and are ready to face polls even today. We shall announce the new executive of the party within a fortnight,'' he said.
''Our party is staging demonstrations in all towns against the BPL cards' survey. Our main thrust would be power generation, employment and construction of SYL," he said.
He claimed that in Haryana's next elections, the masses would follow the pattern of Himachal and Gujarat to uproot Congress.
Mr Bishnoi further said that his party would open main offices in Chandigarh and Hisar and branch offices in other towns.
Responding to another query about notices from Speaker to Bhajan Lal, Dharam Pal Malik and Rakesh Kamboj regarding their membership, Mr Bishnoi said no such notice was received by any of them so far.
