Rusoma, Jan 4 (UNI) Outgoing Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today said the Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) will move court against the undemocratic imposition of President's rule in the state.

Talking to mediapersons at the inauguration of the Golden Jubilee celebration of Rusoma Village Youth and Sports Association, about 20 km from here, Mr Rio said DAN leaders were consulting legal experts in this regard, as the rulings of the Nagaland Assembly Speaker should be judged by a court of law and not by the party high command.

He also blamed the Congress in Nagaland for bringing about the situation leading to central rule in the state which he said was ''in fact Army rule'' and not a rule by a democratic mandate government. He also termed President's rule ''a package brought by the Congress for the people of the state''.

''The party high commands of the DAN are the people of the state, who are judging the injustice on the DAN Government and will give a befitting reply in the next Assembly elections,'' he added.

He mentioned some of the developmental activities in the state during DAN Government rule and claimed that the DAN will retain power in the next state Assembly elections and again serve the people.
