New Delhi, Jan 3 (UNI) Utility vehicle major Mahindra and Mahindra today said it will hike the prices of all its models in a range of Rs 1,000 to Rs 10,000.
''We have increased the prices across all models, except Logan, from January 1. The price hike has been necessitated due to increasing raw material prices,'' a company's spokesperson told reporters here at the launch of special edition of Bolero.
This special edition will cost Rs 5.98 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Only 1,000 units will be available in the country, starting from this month.
The company's vehicle sales in December rose one per cent to 15,316 units from 15,134 units sold in the corresponding period a year ago.
Its domestic sales, including utility vehicles, light commercial vehicles and three-wheelers, fell two per cent to 14,267 units from 14,559 units a year earlier. While, the company exports rose to 1,049 units from 575 units.
