Posters clamour rift in Congress in Pondy
Puducherry, Jan 2 (UNI) The rift in Puducherry unit of Congress is growing with posters, condemning AICC General Secretary V Narayansamy for criticising Chief Minister N Rangasamy, appearing all over the town today.
The posters, bearing the name of ''volunteers of Indian National Congress'', did not have the name of the printing press on it.
It charged Mr Narayansamy with trying to destroy the party and challenged him to resign from his post and face the elections.
Mr Narayanasamy had asked the Chief Secretary to furnish the details of government jobs provided to people from the Chief Minister's constituency.
Mr Narayanasamy had also charged Mr Rangasamy with neglecting to all other constituencies.
Meanwhile, supporters of Mr Narayanasamy told newspersons that a police complaint would be lodged since the name of the printing press was missing on the posters.
