Lower courts will observe holiday on third Saturdays

third
Saturday
in
every
month.
State Bar Council President Rameshwar Nikhara said that the state High Court has taken this decision at a meeting presided over by Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik yesterday. District Bar Associations had demanded to restore the holiday. Mr Patnaik said that special Lok Adalats would be organised at every third Friday to clear up the pending cases.
