No one injured in Pak suicide attack

Two
suicide
bombers
blew
themselves
up
near
the
residence
of
former
Pakistan
Federal
Minister
for
Religious
Affairs,
Muhammad
Ejaz-ul-Haq,
in
south
Punjab.
No
one,
except
the
suicide
bombers,
was
hurt
in
the
attack
that
took
place
on
Sunday
morning
when
the
leader
was
not
at
his
residence.
Haq is on the extremists' hit list following his role in the storming of the controversial Lal Masjid in Islamabad, earlier this year. No militant group has so for claimed responsibility for the attack. The suicide attack attempt on a politician comes three days after one such attack killed former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on Thursday.
