Kamble and Joshi adjudged best athletes in sub-junior category

Pune, Dec 30 (UNI) Ashutosh Kamble and Maytriye Joshi of Erine Nagarwala Day School were adjudged the Best Athletes in the boys and girls categories respectively in the Lake District Trophy Sub-junior District Athletic championship, which concluded at the Baburao Sanas complex here today.

Both were under six age group.

The best athlets in the other age groups are as follows: Boys and Girls (under 8): Ruturaj Bhosale (Hume Missionary) and Simran Verma (Krut Memorial).

Under 10: Aditya Shinde (Krut Memorial) and Dhanashri Jagtap (Krut Memorial).

(Under 12): Satish Chavan (PCMC) and Gitanjali Gargute (Dnyan Probhodini Nigdi).

(Under 14): Dhruval Yerawadekar (Deccan Gymkhana) and Snehal Nakhate (Dnyan Probhodini Nigdi).

The first three medal winners will represent the Pune district in the Inter-district Sub-junior Athletic championship.

BJP Yuva Morcha president corporator Murlidhar Mohol was the guest of honour and gave away the prizes. PDAAA joint secretary Raju Kulkarni welcomed the guests and also proposed a vote of thanks.
