MP govt debt will rise to Rs 53,545 cr in 2008: Cong
Bhopal, Dec 29 (UNI) Alleging BJP-led Madhya Pradesh government for placing debts on common man's shoulder Congress Sewadal newly posted Chief Convener Mahendra Joshi today said that Reserve Bank of India revealed that the debt of Rs 48,396 crore on state would be increased to Rs 53,545 crore in 2008.
In a welcome ceremony Mr Joshi said here that due to the state government policies the state debt burden is increasing at 10.1 per cent daily.
Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Suresh Pachouri said that without any discrimination Congress-led Centre has been providing more aid than other states for development to the BJP-led state government Centre has provided 10 per cent more aid to the state than last year.
