TTD to develop information cenre in Bangalore

Tirumala, Dec 27 (UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will open a TTD Information Centre in Bangalore with an estimated cost of Rs 12 crore, TTD Trust Board Chairman B Karunakara Reddy said today.

Talking to newspersons after a board meeting here, he said the board decided to construct a marriage hall, a prayer centre and an information centre.

A four-lane road would be constructed between Chandragri and Srinivasa Mangapuram at a cost of Rs five crore, he said.

It also decided to construct Sri Krishna Devaraya Sadan consisting of 42 rooms near Srivari Mettu with an estimated cost of Rs 3.61 crore.

To provide quality food to devotees, the board also resolved to use the fine variety of 'Basmati' rice in Sri vari Anna Prasadams, he added.
